Return shipping is covered for defective or damaged items only.
No refunds on discounted items and gift cards.
To be eligible, merchandise must be returned within 30 days following the reception of your order. All items must not be worn, altered, or washed before it is returned.

Refund can only be issued to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you'll have to contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds once its been issued.
Gift cards and discounted items are not refundable
Once you place an order, you have up to 1 week from the time you placed your order to cancel.
We do not offer refunds on lost items that were shipped without tracking numbers.
Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier for non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus the cost of return shipping.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we can't guarantee that we will receive them.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
